Q. How do I check
availability?
A. Contact us and we will aim to get back to you within 24hrs.
Q. How do I Charter the Voyager?
A. We advise booking well in advance, especially if you have a specific date in
mind for a special occasion. We will issue a Charter contract detailing the
terms including the dates, the locations, the cruising area and the all-important
price. Once you have paid the deposit and the contracts are signed, your Charter
is confirmed.
Q. How much does it
cost, how do I pay, when do I pay?
A. The cost is variable depending on when and where you want to go. Contact us
and we’ll discus with you. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking (at
time of signing). The remaining balance is required before embarkation.
Q. What are the Charter Terms?
A. Except where indicated, pricing is for the Charter of the entire yacht for
one week. If you wish to Charter for a period other than one week please
contact us to discuss your requirements - normally a minimum of 3 days at a pro
rata rate. Pricing for any additional activities will be calculated at time of booking. We will confirm rates
and availability during the enquiry/booking process. Crew gratuity is at Charterer’s
discretion – we recommend you consult with the Captain on this matter. Note: Drug
policy is ZERO TOLERANCE on board the Voyager: for example if a guest uses
drugs in a hotel, the hotel does not get confiscated. On a yacht - if a guest
is in possession of drugs in his/her suitcase, the yacht is subject to
confiscation. Voyager is a non smoking vessel.

shall also restrict time under way to an average of six hours per day, unless
the Captain agrees to extend this time.
Q. How safe is yacht Chartering – is there a security system?
A. A well-prepared luxury yacht may be the safest way to travel today, with
long-range cruising capabilities and self-sustaining systems onboard. The
Voyager has in-built security systems and
underwater lighting. For on board personal security there is a locked safe
onboard.
Q. Can you offer travel advice on flights & hotel accommodation?
A. We can assist in booking your travel arrangements: commercial flights -
international or local - private aircraft or helicopter and car hire. We can
also take care of your local hotel accommodation upon arrival and/or completion
of the Charter, if necessary. We will organise land excursions to places of
interest from one of your ports of call and we will provide you with a guide,
if you so wish.
Q. Do I need travel or Charter insurance? What about cancellations?
A. There are at least two kinds of insurance coverage you should have for your Charter:
1: Cancellation and Curtailment Insurance, which reimburses the cost of your Charter. If you or any of your guests has to cancel the Charter, or leave part way through the trip. Cancellation and Curtailment Insurance is available on request to cover the loss of Charter Fee if a Charter has to be cancelled by the Charterer for genuine reasons. This is available at a cost of approximately 1% to 2% of the Charter fee. Should the Charterer [without cancellation insurance] give notice of cancellation of the Agreement on or at any time before the commencement of the Charter Period, the Charterer shall remain liable for all payments due to the Owner prior to and unpaid at the date of cancellation.
2: Charterers Liability Insurance – the Voyager has insurance to cover Charterer’s Liability. Your own Personal Accident and Medical Insurance plus Personal Effects Insurance is essential and is not included in the Charter fee.

delighted to assist with the planning of your itinerary. In conjunction with
the Captain, our combined experience will help to advise you of what can be
sensibly achieved in the time available, along with the best places to visit,
the best anchorages, etc. We recommend that itineraries be kept as flexible as
possible as they are subject to various factors such as weather conditions or
your own changes of heart. Any preplanned itinerary may be changed in

be held responsible for children’s conduct or entertainment.
Q. What should I bring to wear? Is there a dress code?

A. The Captain and crew will gladly instruct you in the use of the yacht’s
water sports equipment. Our water and moni skis, sailing dinghy and canoes can

consideration for the peace and safety of other yachtsmen, swimmers etc. Tenders
may only be used in the company of experienced crew members.
Q. What type of food
and drinks are served?
A. The menus are designed around your food preferences. We have an acclaimed Chef
